1. Do your products come with a warranty?

  1. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request either a credit voucher or a refund within 20 calendar days from the date of receipt. Earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons. Detailed instructions for the return process can be found here.

  1. Are your watches waterproof?

The water resistance of each watch is specified in the product description, where the ATM level is indicated.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at info@adoreeworld.com, providing photos and your order number. Our team will guide you through the replacement process.

 

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

You can complete your order by choosing from the following payment methods: cash on delivery, debit/credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or, if applicable, redeeming your gift card.

 

  1. Which shipping carriers do you work with?

Domestic shipments are handled by Geniki Taxydromiki. International orders are shipped via DHL. For orders to Greece and Cyprus, we also offer shipping via Box Now by prior arrangement.

 

  1. How long will it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return package is processed. The amount will be refunded to the card/PayPal account used for the purchase or via IRIS for cash on delivery orders.

 

  1. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, unless a product is on pre-order. Delivery times depend on the carrier. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

For privacy and accuracy reasons, orders cannot be completed via social media or email. This ensures that your billing, shipping details, and product selection are processed correctly.
