Return Policy

The consumer has the right to return all or part of their order. Returns can be made either by refund or by issuing a credit voucher.

Products that cannot be returned:

Earrings and personalized products are non-returnable.

Products that are not in their original condition, such as items that have been used or have had protective labels or hygiene stickers removed.

• Credit Voucher – Gift Card

If you wish to receive a credit voucher, follow these steps:

Prepare your package by including:

The products you are returning

The purchase receipt

The return form (indicating you would like a credit voucher)

Return your products via Geniki Tachidromiki, with the recipient bearing the return shipping costs.

No additional charges apply for returns within Greece. The return shipping cost is borne by the consumer.

After we receive the return, you will receive a voucher code via email, which you can use at any time, with no expiration date.

• Refund

For a refund, follow these steps:

Return your products via Geniki Tachidromiki, with the recipient bearing the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and processing the return.

The refund will be made to the card/PayPal account used for the purchase or via IRIS for cash on delivery orders.

• Return from Abroad

For returns from abroad, the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.

In case of a refund, the amount will be returned within 10 business days to the account used for the purchase.
