Delivery and returns of products purchased from the Website are carried out by postal services (DHL, Γενική Ταχυδρομική) and their partners worldwide.

To avoid any delivery issues (incorrect address, absence of the addressee, etc.), the buyer must fill in the address form correctly. It is advisable to leave a contact phone number.

Customers will be able to view shipping costs and estimated delivery times during the checkout process after entering their shipping address.

Delivery Terms

Adorée will make its best effort to deliver the product within the expected delivery time to the address provided by the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address; in case of unsuccessful delivery due to an error in the delivery address attributable to the buyer, Adorée cannot be held responsible for the (partial) loss of the shipped products.

If Adorée requires any additional information regarding the delivery address, the buyer may be asked to provide such information. A delay in delivery may occur if additional information is required.
